My website www.cardmakingimages.co.uk is up and running selling single photographic images and collections all with a Commercial use allowed and some for resellers.

There is images of Flowers to Dogs, Birthday, that hard to find Sympathy inspiration and even Ghosts.

With a fab search facility, type in anything from, Sympathy to red and all relevant images should come up ;-)

Join the loyalty scheme and get an image free everytime you buy 5 over any period of time......

More added daily, if i haven't got it on site, i may have and just haven't got round to uploading yet...

I'm not a retailer...what i am is someone shops too much and usually in bulk and then i try to sell off the extra I do like having a store

i only ship in the USA mainly because I can't figure out what to charge for anywhere else

Hi I started designing in 2007 with my daughter, we offer a range of crafting CD's which are always full to the top and we use original artists aswell as vintage images. I have also been making cards for 11 years and sell them in our local Tobac and the French seem to love them too

@Helen - Actually I was going to email you this morning and say, how about selling the images! I think the images themselves could have a market, especially if you allow commercial use. Would you be emailing them or selling as downloads?

Can you not leave the shop, and put everything in it?

Thanks for looking....
The shop section only shows smallish pictures for the photos, and you can't see them side by side.. I think i will remove the shop option stop it being confusing then.......

Another question,.....

I am going to be selling images also, but do you think photographic images and background papers, do you think these are sellable, most out there selling, sell clipart?

@Gail - I really like those Gothic cards, what a niche! If you want another supplier, check out Eco-Craft.co.uk as well for supberb quality recycled envelopes and card (not just boring brown either!!!) You can get some really good bargains in their end of lines too.

One thing, when I looked some of the text was all centered and highlighted in yellow...I'd remove the yellow (not necessary) and just highlight one or two keywords, and even maybe left justify rather than center (lots of centered text is harder to read, and people read webpages by scanning down the left side of the page)

@Helen - I LOVE your photography! The site is nice and clean, but one thing I was surprised at...how come the products aren't actually IN the shop section?

gail your site looks great and the prices seem competitive as well. i'm not sure what you meant by visibility but everything seemed clear on the website. I have my own craft shop but if any customers ask for products i dont stock but you do, such as the envelopes i will certainly point them in your direction.
