ATC February brings the rain
This was made for a swap on another forum. Wasn't sure how to interpret this saying so printed a cloud pattern onto white card, ran it through cb with “Swiss dots” folder & inked the edges with dark blue. Used a film poster from internet, inked the edges as before & stuck to base. Made an umbrella with shiny, dark blue wrapping paper & mounted on 3d foam squares. Cut the handle free-hand from brown card inked with “vintage photo” distress ink & stuck with ds tape..
