The challenge was informal and I had never done a twisted easel card before. This is from one of the cardmaking world pick of the week easel set. I started with a pale pink card base which I cut and scored. The hydrangea is a HeroArts stamp and versafine black ink. I matted this onto black card and wrapped a brighter pink ribbon with a knot. I laid a slsighly smaller darker pink slightly mottled paper on the inside, then cut a black strip and shaped the ends to fit diagonally, attaching a sentiment stamped label with pink flower brads. Then stuck on two corner filigree peel-offs on opposite corners of the inside. I also put a triangular plain paper insert on the inside of the top for writing on.
