Thank you Diane. I thought it was the Robo that was at fault and tried loads of things, including what you suggested. Later I find that it was all to do with the printer. I rotated the page 180 degrees and it worked. One worth remembering

Elizabeth, are you referring to something for the Robo then?, a print and cut file?
If yes I would try to delete the reg marks on the file you have downloaded and then simply click the reg marks setting in your own software to add the reg marks through your own software. Then when you print it should be ok. As a general rule it is a good idea not to save the file with the reg mark, but to add them prior to printing each time, especially if you use different printers or intend to share the files. Hope that helps.
